Multiplication Color by Number Worksheets for Winter

Winter is in the air, well... where I live anyway! I love using activities that get students in a cheerful mood and serve a dual purpose, like multiplication fluency practice. These multiplication color by number worksheets for winter check both of those boxes.

Also, color-by-number worksheets are always a HUGE HIT!

Where to use the Winter Color by Number Worksheets

Clearly, color by number worksheets are easy to prep, too. So, where can you use the "easy prep" winter color by number worksheets? Well, to each their own, but I will provide a few ideas.

  • Math Centers
  • Math Rotations
  • Sub Tubs
  • Practice
  • Early Finishers
  • Homework
  • Rewards (trust me kiddos love them)
  • Intervention
  • Make-Up Work

Without a doubt, these worksheets work well in math centers and math rotations. The prep level is low and students can check them their selves with an answer key.

In addition to math centers, these worksheets are GREAT for sub tubs. Each worksheet offers an engaging and exciting opportunity for students to enjoy themselves while their teacher is gone.

Plus, when students are good or they finish early, the winter multiplication color by number worksheets offer an incentive or reward for their AMAZING behavior.

Last, the winter multiplication color by number worksheets work great for practice and homework. Multiplication fluency is important and homework does not have to be monotonous and boring!

What's Included in Winter Worksheets Version 1

Due to the fact that I am obsessed with color by number worksheets, I have two versions. Read about the first version below.

Version 1 includes eight worksheets with multiplication facts 1-10. The descriptions of the worksheet pictures are listed below:

  • Polar Bear
  • Snow Globe
  • Train
  • Sleigh
  • Penguin
  • Bell
  • Snowman
  • Hot Cocoa

The difference between version 1 and version 2 is the amount of multiplication problems. Version 2 has fewer multiplication problems and more colors. Alternately, version 2 has fewer colors and more problems.

Basically, the choice boils down to an individual need or preference. Check out the photographs below to see more of version 2

What's Included in Winter Worksheets Version 2

Again, as described above, version 2 has more colors with fewer problems.
