Easter Multiplication Color by Number

These Easter multiplication color by number worksheets are the perfect "get to" fluency activity for your students!

If you teach 3rd-grade math, I know you are searching for creative multiplication fluency activities that are more than just another worksheet. Activities, in which students will be excited and engaged.

Well, these Easter multiplication color by number worksheets are sure to be a big hit with your students. Plus, like I said above, they are great fluency activities because students have to find the product. After finding the product students will then find the product in a range of numbers to color the shape.

Why do I ask students to find the product and then find it in a range of numbers?

The simple answer is that I want to promote good mental number sense and arithmetic strategies. I have students solve the multiplication fact sentence and THEN find that product in a range (download preview to view an example), instead of just solving the same fact for one color over and over. For example; you won't see 7 x 4 and 4 x 7 for one color.

How to Use Multiplication Color by Number Worksheets

Assigning the Easter multiplication color by number worksheets the day before or after a holiday is super helpful. Students are excited for the holiday and need an activity that will hold their attention.

Recommendations for use:

  • Fluency practice
  • Math centers
  • Math rotations
  • Early finishers
  • Good behavior
  • Before holiday breaks
  • Sub tubs

I hate it when I invest in something and later feel like what I purchased was not worth what I paid.

Alternately, I love it when I can provide teachers and homeschool parents with quality resources that they can utilize.

For that reason, I compiled a free resource containing ONE task card out of every task card in my MEGA bundle. That way, teachers can try the resource before they make an investment.
